Ron
Peterson
Ron Peterson, born and raised in Troy, Ny has
been singing for over 13 years. Ron started singing in his 7th grade choir,
and continued to sing throughout highschool. He was a section leader
through all four years of choir and was also a member of the Gifted and
Talented Program
He then went on to
major in Music Performance at Hartwick College in Oneonta, Ny, where he
completed 2 years. Ron was in the college choir and sang both Tenor and
Bass. He's also a Brother of a National Fraternity, Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia,
and is still active to this day.
Currently, Ron sings
lead in The Lex Norwood Group, a smooth jazz/r&b band. They are working to
record their second album, and also, Ron is working on putting together a
solo album.
Some of Ron's past
performances include: American Idol, Season 3, Country Fest 2005 in
Saratoga, Ny for a crowd of 40,000, and The Meadowlands, home of the New
York Giants for a crowd of 80,000.
